Know Vastu for Your Office

Gharexpert has identified a few Vastu rules for interior of your office so that the business can be enhanced day by day. First of all select a site that is free from vastu defects and choose rectangular or square plot for your office. You should plan reception in northeast of office where the receptionist sit facing north or east direction. Make waiting room in northeast or northwest direction of the building. The northeast corner should be utilized for temple. The office of chairman or general manager should be built in southwest or south direction of the building. The employees should sit facing the north or east direction but they should not sit under beam. The loft of beam can be covered with wooden board if necessary. The center of office should not have any heavy structure. Avoid dark colors since they make us short tempered. Vastu principles for plants

Grow plants in east and north area of the house to fetch positive energy to the house, verifies vastu. Vastu tells that flower plants are planted in the south west portion of the house. Jasmine, Rose, Marigold, Champak, Mogra and Prijat are good around the house as they offer positive energy. Grow money plant inside the house to bring good luck to the occupants of house. Vastu for House Construction

Vastu confirms some rules for right construction of your dream home. After purchasing the plot for your dream home, the next phase is to make a plan on paper regarding layout of the building, excavation, foundation, concrete and brick work, doors and windows frame etc. There is open space in the northeast of the house. Also there is more open space in the North and East than South and West. Master bedroom is positioned in the South-west of the house. Kitchen is in the South-east of the house.



Alternate location is the North-west. Pooja Room should be built in the North-east of the house. Toilet is in the West or Northwest whereas bathroom can be in the North-east, North, East or Northwest of the house. Basement can be built in northern or eastern portion of the house. Light color for paint is auspicious for the house. Avoid using red and black color.

Vastu Tips for Overhead Water Tank

Vastu verifies to set up overhead water tank in west or southwest direction of building. The water tank in this direction creates balance of energies in the house. Overhead water tank is not good at center of the house as it is a heavy structure and will make center heavy. Tank should be 2 feet above form the slab.

There should not be leakage in overhead tank as it can cause loss of money. It should not be made of plastic. Vastu recommends to plant small plants in the East and North side. But no tree should be planted in North-east corner. Big trees can be planted in the South and West portion of the house. Vastu Shastra for Locker Room

Vastu authenticate to make Locker room in North direction. The money will be gained if the room is located in proper direction. A mirror in locker room doubles the opportunity to gain wealth.

Vastu rules for your Bed Room

Ideally master bedroom should be located in southern part of the house whereas remaining bedrooms should be located either towards the East or North of master bedroom”, depicts Vastu. South portion is also recommended for eldest son of the family.
